Master Classes

Attendance 

Masterclasses are conducted in a group setting within the studio. 

It is the student’s responsibility to arrive on time and be prepared for each session. This includes bringing their own woodwind instrument, as they will not be provided during the sessions.

Time Music Studios must be made aware of  a student's absence, no makeup sessions will be permitted for masterclasses.

Payments

All masterclasses must be paid for in advance; no refunds will be issued due to student absence, regardless of any prior notice. Registration forms will not be accepted unless all information and signatures are completed and a form of payment received.

Time Music Studios does not keep your credit card information on file. We shred all written information after processing your card through our secure online payment system. Your card cannot be used for anything other than pre-set recurring lesson payments. Your information is kept confidential and private from any third party.

Emails

By listing your email, you agree to receive confidential email communication from Time Music Studios concerning registration information, policy updates, lesson progress reports, and additional studio information. As per the anti-spam legislation, you may respond to any of our emails with the word “Unsubscribe” at any time.

*Woodwinds Masterclasses are $50.00 per 90 minute session for the 2024-2025 Season*
