Not sure if your child will stick with it? Our One-Month Paid Trial is four weekly 30-minute lessons, so they get a real feel for the instrument and the teacher. It costs $172 at our West Springs studio or $192 for in-home lessons in SW Calgary. You can buy a trial anytime, which makes it an easy gift to put under the tree. 2. Rent before you buy
A new guitar is a big purchase when you don’t know yet if it’ll be loved. We rent acoustic guitars for $40 a month and an electric guitar package for $50 a month. If you decide to buy, half of the rental fees you’ve paid go toward the purchase price. See our guitar rentals

Music gifts in Calgary: plan around the holidays
