Alice is currently working towards the Bachelor of Music at the University of Calgary, Majoring in Percussion. She has completed grade 10 RCM examinations for Piano (along with her theory requirements), has 8+ years of experience in Drums & Percussion, and 6 years of teaching experience. She has also won numerous awards since her adventure with Percussion began in 2009 such as the “Vondis Miller Entrance Award in Music”. Alice has worked as a drumset player for Musical Theatre bands, as well as with various ensembles in Calgary such as the Calgary Civic Symphony, Alberta Winds, Calgary Girls Choir, University of Calgary Jazz Orchestra, University of Calgary Orchestra, University of Calgary Brass Choir, and the University of Calgary Symphonic Band. Currently, she is an active participant of the University of Calgary Wind Ensemble and Percussion Ensemble, and works as a lead musician at her church in various worship teams as a Drummer, Vocalist, and Pianist.

Although Alice can play multiple genres, her preferred styles are: Classical and Pop for Piano, Jazz, Rock, Funk and Pop for Drumset, and Classical for Percussion. She is also very experienced with worship music styles for Piano and Drumset. Alice prefers to teach students who are Beginner to Intermediate in Drums, Beginner to Advanced in Percussion, and Primer to Grade 7 in Piano.
